Returns & Refunds:
All goods sold are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
Goods must be returned within 7 days after date of receiving the item, for a full refund minus any shipping costs, only if the items have not been used or opened and in sellible condition. Decorative Living do not offer refunds for earings and Pre Order items, We will be happy to give you an exchange provided that:
1. The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials.
2. The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer’s request.
3. Delivery & collection charges are not refundable.
4. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is produced.
Faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refund only where possible within the first 14 days of purchase.
Damaged goods must be reported to Decorative living within 48 hours of delivery of the goods. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported.
Description Of Goods:
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Pre Order Items:
Please note that all pre payments and order items for example katherine's collection dolls are non refundable. As decorative living have to purchase items for customers. So please do read this berfore purchasing any pre order items thank you. If the pre order item that you purchased is out of stock then decorative living will give you a full refund of your pre order payment.
